About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Orange - Kite Street. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the learning and development of our children, and contributing to the growth and success of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
  • Mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and contribute to the development of centre-wide policies and procedures
  • Participate in regular professional development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) if you are an Early Childhood Teacher
