We are committed to achieving exceptional financial results and we need a talented Lead Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic objectives.

Job Description

You will be responsible for producing high-quality management accounts, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will enable us to make informed decisions, drive financial performance, and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to inform strategic objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Accounting role
  • Degree / qualification in relevant field (Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance)
  • Completed or working towards CPA & CA qualifications
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
