We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Experience team at ENGIE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving acquisition strategy and campaign management, leveraging agency expertise in execution and leading a direct report.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute online acquisition and retention strategies to deliver leads and sales targets
  • Optimize online performance through conversion rate optimization and data-driven decision making
  • Design and deliver high-performing ATL and BTL acquisition campaigns using Market Mix Modelling and Marketing Attribution data
  • Manage media strategies and hold agencies accountable for delivering outcomes
  • Lead and develop a Digital Co-ordinator
About You
  • Proven technical experience in digital sales strategy
  • Experience in a similar role in the services sector is advantageous
  • Ability to engage with commercial influence at all levels of an organization
  • Sales and outcome-driven mindset
