Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking experienced aged care workers to join our team in Canberra and Queanbeyan. As a home care worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly clients to maintain their independence and live at home longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and cooking
  • Personal care, including showering
  • Transportation for clients to medical appointments and social engagements
  • Assisting with medication management
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent
  • Fully insured vehicle or willingness to obtain insurance
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Availability to work weekdays
