We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our Ingham Branch as a full-time Service Advisor.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact between our Service Department and valued customers, you will play a key role in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service on every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Queensland driver license and a reliable work ethic
