Service Pool Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Pool Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and customer service.

About the Role

The scope of your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing routine maintenance of swimming pools in residential and commercial environments
- Conducting water testing and adding chemicals as needed
- Performing equipment repairs and maintenance, including installation and troubleshooting
- Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring correct inventory is carried out safely and efficiently
- Providing quotations and following up with clients
- Communicating effectively with customers and staff

You may also be responsible for sales, customer service, and retail sales at times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance of swimming pools
  • Conduct water testing and add chemicals as needed
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including installation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Provide quotations and follow up with clients
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff

Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous industry experience. Key requirements include:

- 3 years + of experience as a Service Pool Technician
- Strong technical knowledge of swimming pool equipment and systems
- Valid and current driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors and autonomously
