Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the entire lifecycle of our global store expansion project. This role will oversee all aspects of the project, from new store openings to closure and refurbishment.

The successful candidate will have experience in retail store development, finance, and project management. They must be able to plan, organize, and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New store tracking and resource capacity management.
  • Zoho project management coordination for the company.
  • Maintenance and training of Zoho across the business.
  • Database management of global stores forecast with support of property project teams.
  • Driving new store delivery across all business departments.
  • Coordination and auditing of monthly R&M reports to ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Input of new store data to online store directory platform.
  • Responding to inquiries on behalf of the Store Development Manager.
  • Setting up and tracking of PO invoice templates and Capex files.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in Retail Store Development environment.
  • Finance / Project management 3D level education and minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, results-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for the creative process.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Consistent follow-through and ability to manage communications to ensure project accuracy.
