This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact on both operational efficiency and brand presence. As a Marketing & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and formatting client presentations, proposals, tender documents, sector reports, and corporate materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • Managing template masters, maintaining an inventory of sales materials, and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Providing administrative support, including booking travel, updating internal registers, and assisting with inbound call overflow.
  • Collaborating with marketing on sales campaigns, updating the client management database, and setting up campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Completing design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite and creating/editing PowerPoint templates per brand guidelines.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong attention to detail, including exceptional formatting and design experience.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient skills using the Microsoft 365 suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) or Canva experience is highly desirable.
