Speech Pathologist – Child and Family Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Child and Family Team in Outer Eastern Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants and their families.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist looking to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
As a leader in the field, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and develop tailored therapy plans that meet their unique needs.
About the Role- Providing high-quality speech pathology services to NDIS participants and their families
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
- Current SPA Registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience working with NDIS participants and their families preferred but not essential
- A competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
