Diploma Educator - Early Years Education Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma educator to join our team in providing quality care and education for young children.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to take on a leadership position, overseeing the 2-3 year old room and caring for approximately 15 children per day.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Years Education, be willing to become a Responsible Person for the service, and have a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development through play. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

In this role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable, so it is essential that you have a strong understanding of your duty of care obligations and are committed to ensuring their safety at all times.

We require regular Working with Children Checks, Police Clearances, and Reference Checks from a previous Manager as part of our screening process.

We have a zero tolerance stance when it comes to abuse of any kind and will take disciplinary action, including termination of employment, should we determine that abuse has taken place or there has been a failure to report any suspected or alleged abuse.
