We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
    • Assist with computer room shutdowns and maintenance activities.
    • Perform scheduled site activities, including environmental checks, asset audits, and hardware troubleshooting.
    • Deliver 1st and 2nd level desktop and application support, including hardware swap outs and software diagnostics.

Requirements:

    • Experience in desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
    • Proficiency in networking, storage, video conferencing systems, and other IT infrastructure.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform hardware swap outs using available site stock.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
    • Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays for high-priority tasks.
    • Commitment to safety and compliance with all customer site requirements.
