Your Responsibilities

The Branch Manager role in Laverton is crucial to the success of Scania Australia. This hands-on position requires you to lead, support, mentor, and manage the Workshop, Parts, and Customer Service areas, ensuring that Safety and Quality remain paramount. Collaborate with the team to consistently deliver exceptional service.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Building new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones.
  • Establishing and reviewing sales, inventory, marketing, and operational costs, budgets, targets, and procedures.
