Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in a flexible hybrid working environment.

This role will be based with us, delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll empower injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities
  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
  • Manage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home (if you choose)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Be registered with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks we offer)
Key Abilities
  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
  • Show a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
