You'll work closely with our Channel Account Managers, strengthening relationships with resellers, and contributing to business success within a designated territory.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reseller requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely responses within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions.

Licensing Structure Expertise

  • Develop expertise in navigating complex licensing structures to ensure accurate delivery of responses, quotes, and support.

Pricing Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with vendors to develop competitive pricing strategies and secure accurate licensing information.

Opportunity Assessment

  • Assess opportunities within your territory, track, and analyse them to ensure timely and accurate delivery of responses, quotes, and support.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with our team to share knowledge and drive operational excellence.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience supporting account managers or business development managers in a distributor, reseller, or software channel business.
  • You have a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You are self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
  • You possess strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You have exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You have strong analytical skills for assessing opportunities and navigating complex pricing structures.
  • You are proficient in negotiating and building relationships with vendors and customers.
