The role of Bot Engineer is crucial to this mission. As a member of our tech team, you will be responsible for:

  • Integrating diverse technologies to deliver seamless customer experiences;
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic workspace;
  • Creating intelligent chatbots and IVRs that drive customer engagement;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive innovation;

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a full-stack developer with strong Node JS skills and API building expertise;
  • Proficiency in cloud technology development (GCP, Azure, or AWS);
  • Experience in developing and implementing bots (chatbots and Smart IVRs);
  • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
