The Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist - Sales & Advertising to join our team in either Brisbane South, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in executing advertising campaigns, sales strategies and lead generation.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and capture potential leads through events, and convert these leads into customers.
  • Track sales data and work to meet sales targets, KPIs and goals.
  • Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts, including media buying, ad placement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage advertising benefits through ETC's Chamber memberships, sponsorships and events.
  • Ensure exceptional internal and external customer service is provided at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Marketing Manager.


Criteria for Success



  • You should have at least 5 years' experience working in a marketing sales and/or advertising role.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating advertisements via a range of traditional and digital media.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • A current driver's license.
  • A current National Police Check.
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card.
