About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications & Marketing Manager to join our team at QinetiQ. As a key member of our Communications Function, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive, integrated communication strategies and plans for all campaign opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to support growing understanding and support amongst all audiences.
  • Provide strategic communications advice across all emerging issues and opportunities.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various communications channels.
  • Lead QinetiQ Australia Sector's presence at Tier 1 Events and Exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic advice and support.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate and continuously improve internal communications and engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple projects.
  • Experience working in a company operating across multiple countries, time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Availability to travel domestically on a regular basis.
