Data Coordinator for Allied Health Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the ASPIRE unit and Allied Health Management Team.
About the RoleThe Data Coordinator will manage office systems, data systems, and administrative tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient administration and data support service. You will work closely with the ASPIRE team, Allied Health Director, and other Service Managers and Directors across Western Health to provide seamless support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office systems, data systems, and administrative tasks
- Provide effective and efficient administration and data support services
- Work collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a personal or professional assistant role in a similar organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and organize self and others effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent time management skills
- High levels of tact and discretion when dealing with multiple contacts and potentially sensitive and confidential matters
