Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Delivery Manager to lead our testing activities across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing test delivery with vendors and internal staff, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing test delivery and coordinating with teams to ensure effective use of test tools.
  • Analyzing and reporting on test activities and results, escalating issues and risks to project management.
  • Developing test plans, test cases, and supporting test data and/or requirements.
  • Assigning execution test cases at various stages of testing.
  • Contributing to team improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Identifying, managing, and documenting defects, programming errors, and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.

Essential criteria include:

  1. Experience leading testing activities for complex programs and creating detailed test reports.
  2. Agile testing experience with team member accountability to commitment and delivery each sprint.
  3. Extensive experience using test management tools, including Jira Xray and CRM.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously.

Desirable criteria include:

  1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  2. Demonstrated experience working on complex software deployments.
