  • Contribute to the preparation of client materials, including pitch presentations, strategic reviews, and sector insights.
  • Assist in the development and management of client relationships by preparing marketing materials and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Play a key role in transaction execution by coordinating project workflows, managing due diligence processes, and supporting senior bankers throughout each deal stage.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuations, pro forma financials, DCFs, and comparable company analyses.
  • Assist in drafting key transaction documentation, such as engagement letters, information memoranda, bid letters, scheme booklets, and prospectuses.

Key deliverables include consistently producing high-quality work under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and developing robust valuation models.
