As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our high-volume kitchens.

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by washing, sanitizing, and organizing equipment, dishes, and utensils.
  • Clean food preparation areas, floors, and surfaces to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store incoming kitchen supplies in a timely manner.
  • Follow established guidelines for food safety and sanitation to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Provide support to chefs and cooks as needed with tools and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, up to 6 hours at a time.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a kitchen team.
