Grocery Operations Manager Position

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our non-fresh products department, ensuring exceptional presentation and a welcoming environment for customers, team members, and the community.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.

About You and Your Skills- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in stock management, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable
