About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and tailor relevant financial solutions for our customers, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and understanding. You will work closely with our customers to assess their financial needs, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, identifying opportunities to provide tailored financial solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services that exceed customer expectations.
- Drive business growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise to acquire new customers and increase market share.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record of success in consumer lending and relationship building, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent role working 76 hours per fortnight.
Location
The role is based in Canungra, Queensland, and requires occasional out-of-hours community engagement activities.
