Job Summary:

Genesis Minerals Limited is seeking a highly skilled Process Foreman to join our team at the Leonora Operations. As a Process Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating the Process Shift Supervisors and Process Technicians within the Processing Department to drive safety standards and achieve maximum gold recovery from ore delivered to the ROM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the process plant is operating efficiently at the determined throughput and ore blend.
  • Contribute to and ensure that the Processing Department delivers to plan in respect of production, gold recovery, and cost per tonne.
  • Identify and coordinate improvement projects within the process plant regarding safety, production, and cost to allow department targets to be met.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out as per work procedures and revise and develop work procedures to ensure up-to-date and compliant.
  • Co-ordinate the development and training of teams needed to undertake safe and effective operation.
  • Ensure the Process Department meets its environmental, community, and statutory obligations.

Requirements:

  • Significant demonstrated experience in process roles in the mining industry, including appropriate experience in Supervisory roles.
  • Strong ability to lead and work effectively with people.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Driver's License (C Class, Manual Car), minimum.
