About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandise Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver merchandising excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Coordinating the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere.
  • You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc) or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc).
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail.
