Clinical Leadership Opportunity in Residential Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Infinite Care, a rapidly growing national residential aged care provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled leader to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of care and clinical services to our residents, while leading our care team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident;
- Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring medication management;
- Working closely with the care coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery;
- Managing and resolving comments and complaints in a timely and resolution-focused manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Clinical Manager or similar leadership position;
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree;
- Valid AHPRA Registration;
- Experience in preparing and conducting clinical assessments;
- Ability to develop care plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
- Familiarity with AN-AAC and associated compliance requirements;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
