Reporting Insights Lead

About this role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Reporting Insights Lead to drive strategic business decision-making through impactful data analysis and visualisation.
  • As the lead for reporting insights, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
  • You will conduct in-depth data analysis to inform executive-level decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom Power BI solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data models using DAX, Power Query, and M language to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insightful reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to leverage expertise and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, with advanced skills in dashboard design and UX best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data modelling using DAX, Power Query, and M language.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable stories.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
