Join Our Team as a Proactive Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Proactive Services team in ensuring our stores are clean and well-maintained. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cleaning and trolley collection schedules, coaching and training your team, and working closely with the Store Leadership team to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cleaning and trolley collection schedules to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity
  • Work closely with the Store Leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Manage time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours and managing absences
  • Order consumables and maintain budgets
  • Work as part of the Proactive Services team to provide cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  • Good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work with regulated frameworks, including food safety and industrial regulations
  • Valid full Australian driver's license
