The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Birthday Party Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members and guests
  • Assist with the planning and execution of birthday parties and other events
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Experience Coordinator to achieve business goals and targets
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all programs and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community groups and local organizations

Requirements

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Strong customer service background and experience working with multicultural individuals and groups

Desirable

  • Experience working in a leisure-based environment
  • Knowledge of local council plans and community connections
