Cleaning and Store Maintenance Position

We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to provide an exceptional shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

**Key responsibilities:**

  • Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of the weather.

**Requirements and qualifications:**

  • You'll work indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely, adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • To be active and physically fit, constantly on the go, lifting up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
