Job Summary: As a Field Cleaner at Clean Vibes, you will play a vital role in ensuring our work sites and areas remain clean, safe, and organized. This position involves a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to support the efficient and safe operation of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Cleaning and Sanitation: Drive to different sites, clean and sanitize designated areas as required, remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials, sweep and mop, and clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment.
  2. Waste Management and Compliance: Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials in compliance with local regulations, empty and maintain trash receptacles and recycling bins.
  3. Outdoor Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, and outdoor equipment.
  4. Safety Protocols and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment, report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
  5. Equipment Maintenance and Inspection: Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies, report any malfunction or damage for repairs or replacements.
  6. Inventory Management and Replenishment: Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed, maintain an organized inventory of cleaning materials.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks, document any incidents or issues on-site and report them to management.
  8. Environmental Awareness and Best Practices: Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and chemicals, promote eco-friendly cleaning practices and waste reduction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Valid and recent police check.

Work Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Evening shift.
  • Morning shift.
  • Weekend availability.
