Job Summary: As a Field Cleaner at Clean Vibes, you will play a vital role in ensuring our work sites and areas remain clean, safe, and organized. This position involves a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to support the efficient and safe operation of our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Cleaning and Sanitation: Drive to different sites, clean and sanitize designated areas as required, remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials, sweep and mop, and clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment.
- Waste Management and Compliance: Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials in compliance with local regulations, empty and maintain trash receptacles and recycling bins.
- Outdoor Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, and outdoor equipment.
- Safety Protocols and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment, report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance and Inspection: Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies, report any malfunction or damage for repairs or replacements.
- Inventory Management and Replenishment: Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed, maintain an organized inventory of cleaning materials.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks, document any incidents or issues on-site and report them to management.
- Environmental Awareness and Best Practices: Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and chemicals, promote eco-friendly cleaning practices and waste reduction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Full Australian Drivers Licence.
- Valid and recent police check.
Work Schedule:
- Afternoon shift.
- Day shift.
- Evening shift.
- Morning shift.
- Weekend availability.
