We are seeking a skilled Offshore Rigger to play a key role in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of rigging equipment for offshore oil and gas operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough pre-operational checks on rigging equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Assist in assembling and disassembling rigging equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Regularly inspect rigging equipment for signs of wear or damage, taking prompt action to address any issues.
  • Operate cranes and lifting equipment with precision and care, prioritizing crew safety.
  • Collaborate with the rigging team to establish and maintain safe work procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in training new rigging personnel, sharing expertise and knowledge to ensure a high level of competence.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on technical education.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an offshore rigger, with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid offshore certificates and licenses, demonstrating a commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Knowledge of rigging practices and equipment, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Ability to operate cranes and lifting equipment, with a focus on precision and safety.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions, with a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
