About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. This rewarding role involves providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal grooming and hygiene
- Provide medication assistance and support
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Support clients with social inclusion and domestic duties
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Completion of Assist clients with medication and Recognise Healthy Bodies (or commitment to obtain)
- A current National Police Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Immunisation against Tetanus & Hepatitis B
- Above award rates of pay ($31-$39 per hour)
