Our organization is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of relevant legislation, including tax regulations and superannuation requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, resolving payment discrepancies through regular reconciliations of accounts payable records.
  • Analyze incoming cash, direct debit, and credit card transactions, investigating and resolving collections by examining client payment plans, history, and credit lines.
  • Update receivables by recording and tracking unpaid invoices, reconciling cash receipts with bank statements.
  • Collaborate with the Group Payroll Manager on day-to-day administrative tasks, enhancing collection systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, superannuation requirements, and tax legislation, addressing internal queries related to accounts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a large professional organization handling high-volume accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with effective communication and analytical abilities.
  • The ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
