Your Future Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support professional to join our team in Australia. As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide critical support to our Finance and Human Resources Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create agendas, distribute meeting minutes, actions, and events to support the Directors' success.
  • Manage event logistics, including communications with suppliers, facilitators, and attendees, as well as purchasing requests and orders.
  • Provide operational support, including travel arrangements, accommodation booking, voucher claims, and expense management.
  • Maintain computer systems by updating data, creating documents, and distributing information.
  • Set appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain calendars for the Finance and HR Leadership teams.
  • Undertake general finance and HR duties, including confidential dossier management, report generation, and document creation.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs, and develop an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Support logistics organization for Executive & HR seminars.

About You:

We're looking for someone with exceptional task management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools. You should be able to handle sensitive information discreetly and possess strong analytical skills to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
