Job Description

This exciting role involves supporting the marketing manager with a shopping centre portfolio, primarily focusing on executing campaigns. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing general marketing support to the portfolio, such as managing the marketing inbox.
  • Creating and deploying templates, approving property press ads, and reviewing changes to marketing collateral.
  • Assisting the Marketing team with Centre campaigns and communicating with tenants regarding marketing activities.
  • Reviewing, proofreading, and editing changes to marketing materials, such as brochures and website content.
  • Assisting with event coordination, project management, and execution.
  • Performing administration duties, including invoices and meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the property industry is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A high level of attention to detail in both visual and written communications.
