The Product Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in spearheading product strategies to align with business objectives and customer needs.

This position will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative products and features that delight customers and drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with teams to define product requirements, set milestones, and track progress.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Champion customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align product development efforts with business objectives.
  • Product Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of products.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Customer Focus and User Experience: Gather insights from customers to improve product features and user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Define KPIs to track product performance and monitor usage, customer feedback, and revenue metrics to optimise products continuously.
