Cabin Cleaning Professional

This role is focused on delivering exceptional cabin cleaning services to airline customers. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure the highest level of service delivery and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cabin cleaning services according to airline procedures under the direction of a Team Leader, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Clean aircraft interiors, including seats, side walls, ceiling panels, carpet, galleys, and cabin lavatories, adhering to safety regulations and meeting on-time performance standards.
  • Remove waste and change linen regularly, ensuring a hygienic environment for passengers and crew.
  • Replenish stock levels as necessary, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient workflow.
  • Represent both airlines and Star Aviation to customers, providing excellent customer service and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competent in cabin cleaning operations, with experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Physically fit and able to perform lifting and bending tasks safely and effectively.
  • Understanding of the aviation industry, including its requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet strict timelines.
  • Customer focus and ability to deliver exceptional service, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred Qualifications:
