Personal Care Assistant Role

We strive to provide genuine care that goes beyond meeting needs. It’s about truly understanding the individuals in our care.

This role involves supporting over 10,000 residents and clients across various settings, including residential aged care homes, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite centres.

This work has a positive impact on the lives of older people and their families.

The Opportunity

You will assist our residents with their personal care needs and support them in their daily activities, enabling them to live with independence and dignity.

As part of this team, you will have access to better resources and equipment, as well as more support to lean on. You can focus on caring without feeling overwhelmed.

What We Look For In Our Carers
  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • A minimum qualification in Individual Support or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is advantageous. Training will be provided for those new to aged care.

If you are currently studying nursing and have completed an aged care clinical placement, or if you hold an overseas nursing qualification, we welcome your application. Your compassion and dedication are exactly what we are looking for.
