Sales Assistant Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, achieving KPIs, and leading a team of retail professionals. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of their store, motivating their team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective visual merchandising, stock control, and customer engagement.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Closely monitor store sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Manage wage costs, adhering to company rostering standards and ensuring optimal results.
  • Ensure excellent OH&S management and adherence to relevant legislation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
  • A 'Make it Happen' attitude, with a passion for leading and inspiring a team.
