Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, organize, and control ICT projects to support the organization's transition to a replacement T&A solution.
  • Critically review projects and business cases to make recommendations.
  • Provide reviews, execution, and reporting of project plans and schedules.
  • Organize and coordinate deliverables involving directly liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive completion of actions and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports, business papers, and governance documentation.
  • Negotiate and assist in the management of critical internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or other related discipline.
  • Extensive and proven IT Project Management experience in a medium to large enterprise with an outsourced ICT environment.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and relationship management skills to enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team environment to effectively deliver projects or work outcomes within appropriate time frames and costs.
  • Experience managing time and attendance projects.
