We are seeking a talented Graduate Risk Officer to join our high-performing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to rotate across four critical teams: Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Business Continuity & Resilience and Complaints & Information Access.

In this position, you will have the chance to gain real-world experience in crisis management, administrative complaints, right to information and enterprise-wide risks. You will work alongside industry leaders, contribute to projects that shape and connect our City, and develop valuable skills and connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse information, think logically and solve problems creatively to drive business growth and success.
  • Contribute positively to the team dynamic, respect diverse perspectives and foster a productive work environment.
  • Develop strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Rotate across different teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance and business continuity.
Requirements
  • A recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as Risk Management, Governance or Management, Public Administration, Emergency Management, Criminology or Justice, and legal related fields.
  • Full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program.
  • Ability to work full-time.
