Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their banking needs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing daily branch operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
  2. Providing high-quality customer experience through excellent communication skills and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner;
  3. Assisting in referral and cross-selling of deposits, investment, insurance, wealth, and takaful products to achieve branch targets;
  4. Monitoring and controlling costs as per approved budgets;
  5. Achieving transactional fee-based income targets;
  6. Ensuring accurate and error-free service delivery; and
  7. Handling customer complaints and resolving them within specified service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations and products;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Relevant training or certifications in customer service or a related field.
