Cleaner - Shoreline Job Description

We are seeking experienced and skilled cleaning professionals to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional facility cleaning services to the highest standards
  • Maintaining equipment and chemicals according to industry training methods
  • Creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life
  • Liaising effectively between Facility Manager and the Cleaning Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • A sound understanding of commercial cleaning operations, including safe chemical use practices
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Knowledge of infection control principles, essential for maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and residents alike
