Testing Operations Manager

Job Overview:

The Testing Operations Manager position is responsible for overseeing all testing requirements to ensure the successful implementation of large-scale HCM upgrades.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy across key systems and integrations.
  • Coordinate test delivery across various streams and manage testing execution tools.
  • Guide the creation of test cases and scripts, utilizing automation to achieve testing efficiencies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to workshop testing issues and escalate decisions as needed.
  • Manage 1-2 Testers and allocate test scripts accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with large migrations or similar ERP migrations will be considered highly desirable.

Program Context:

The organization has been undergoing a significant HCM upgrade, migrating data from legacy systems to a new platform while moving partners onto the same platform to create a unified source of truth. The program is currently in Phase 2, focusing on the final move of their partners.
