Airport Infrastructure Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and reliable cost estimates for our airport and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of airport and infrastructure projects, including their complexities and requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, including budgets, forecasts, and expenditure profiles.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and the supply chain.
- Apply estimating and cost planning activities, including producing and presenting a final cost plan.
- Currently in Australia with full working rights.
- A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management desired.
- MRICS / AIQS accreditation ideal.
- Key relevant experience in the Water, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.
- 8+ years experience in the industry is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of CostX, Unifer, Ecosys, Candy or other equivalent tools.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
- Highly motivated and passionate individual, showing a clear ability to deliver great outcomes for clients.
