We are seeking an experienced senior commercial banker to join a prestigious Australian financial institution.
This role offers ownership of a growing portfolio of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, delivering tailored banking and wealth solutions in a relationship-driven environment.
The Role ResponsibilitiesAs a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for reporting to senior leadership and managing a portfolio of existing clients with a strong focus on portfolio growth and complex lending.
- Deliver tailored advice across lending, wealth, and banking services.
- Structure complex credit and bespoke lending solutions.
- Grow your portfolio via referrals and new-to-bank clients.
Collaborate closely with credit, investment, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
About YouYou should have:
- A proven track record managing HNW/UHNW clients.
- Skills in complex lending and credit structuring.
- A commercial mindset.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- A strong compliance focus.
- A passion for helping clients build and protect their legacy.
RG146 qualification is valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
