We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance transactions, including loan facilities, mortgages, guarantees, personal property securities, and finance recoveries.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading firm on high-quality transactions for national and international clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and expertise.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of finance regulations, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Personal Property Securities Act, Banking Code of Practice, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act, Privacy Act, and other relevant legislation.

Our team has over 20 years' experience and has acted for most of Australia's largest banks. We are looking for a candidate who can bring their expertise and passion for finance to our team.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of finance transactions, including combinations of debt, equity, and mezzanine debt. You will be responsible for advising on lending structures, including syndications, participations, clubs, and other complex inter-creditor arrangements.

You will also have the opportunity to work with clients across various industries, including property development, commercial property, mining services, energy and resources, financial services, labour hire, retail, rural, and motor vehicle dealerships.
