The Opportunity

As a Store Manager, you will lead a talented team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers, fostering a culture that embodies Sephora's values. You will play a key role in driving sales, improving team performance, and making data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

We want someone with:

  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site location
  • A passion for excellent customer service and experiential retail
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and business skills
  • A hands-on leadership approach with a focus on coaching and development
  • A knack for attracting and inspiring talented employees
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • A flexible work schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and public holidays

Please note that this role requires Australian citizenship or permanent residency. The ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability during key trading times.
