Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Parts Advisor to join our team in Dandenong. As a key member of our team, you will support both internal and external customers with parts sales.

The successful candidate will provide advice through the parts acquisition life cycle, prepare PO's, invoices, credit notes, procure parts locally and globally for internal and external customers, manage inventory requirements ensuring data integrity across various systems, prepare and update the Pricing structure, actively participate in sales marketing programs, coordinate and manage current and back orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will have a strong mechanical background, be highly organised, with advanced computer skills and pride yourself on your excellent customer service skills.

Solid customer service, communication and organisational skills are required, as well as confident computer skills using system, databases & MS Office.

Inventory control experience is also preferred, along with a current drivers and forklift licence.

Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external customer relationships.
